They are very much products of their generation, starting out as bedroom producers before gaining exposure through Superpoze’s live shows and Stwo’s Soundcloud page. Early on, their ingenuity caught the attention of record label bosses, leading to releases with Los Angeles’ Huh What and Where Records (Kaytranada, Ta-Ku) and Paris’ Kitsuné (Kilo Kish, The Magician). The EP was produced between Stwo’s bedroom and Red Bull Studios Paris. According to Superpoze, the collaboration with Stwo is a perfect match: “We both use hybrid rhythmics, harmonies, the softness of the piano and vocal cuts. It’s the way we use these sounds to different effect in our individual tracks – together we complement each other.
